INSTAGRAM JOURNAL #2 | AUGUST

Image
Hello everybody,

I'm finally back, which is super exciting. I haven't writen anything through 2 weeks of my stay in Italy. But today even though I'm a little bit tired after a long drive home, I'm here with a new post.

And it's the Instagram journal or Instagram Diary as most bloggers prefer. I love this kind of posts as well on my blog and the other blogs. You get to know what people have been up to. A little bit creepy, but well...

Especially that today it's the end of the month and the end of holidays for me, so I'm also a little bit sad :(
This was a superb summer, but it was such a quick one. I feel like yesterday was the beginning.

Ok, so back to the Instagram journal. I actually started a new account on Instagram for my blog, which is called CRAZYINLIFE_. It basically consists my selfies, many beautiful view and things that I love.

So let's start with photos showing my life through August aka the last month of holidays.

BEACH & STUFF | ITALY 2013 #6

Image
Aloha  readers,
it's almost the end of the Italy series, as well as my trip to Italy, but I still have a few days to relax and enjoy the sun, because I'm pretty sure in my country is not the best weather at the moment.
Anyway here are photos just like from the beach, sea and some pretty nice sunsets in Czech Republic.

VENICE | ITALY 2013 #5

Image
Welcome,
today the most exciting post from the Italy series, VENICE. My favourite city of Italy. I just love that water is everywhere. And all the views are amazing. Although I wouldn't like to live there, because I wouldn't want my house to get flooded.

PADUA | ITALY 2013 #4

Image
Good afternoon,
about Padua. That's not a city like Florence and Pisa, where people come to see monuments. There are a lot of shops, some more designers like Prada. But I must say I enjoyed it, probably because I ate the best spaghetti carbonara during my stay in Italy.

SAN MARINO | ITALY 2013 #3

Image
Hello everybody, more like good afternoon,
today it's already 3rd post of the Italy post and it's about San Marino. It's so weird going to a country inside of another country. But it's totally worth it, especially seeing those views is amazing and breath taking! Take a look below!

FLORENCE | ITALY 2013 #2

Image
Hello,
as long the previous post about Pisa was quick short with photos, this isn't. I think that Florence is the place, where I took most pictures. Stop, it was Venice. So Florence is the second.
So just my quick opinion on the city. Florence is beautiful, but it's just so crowdy. We didn't get to go to Uffizi, which is kind of Italian Louvre. But this year my dad booked the tickets online, so I'm so exicited to see all the painting!

PISA | ITALY 2013 #1

Image
Aloha,

so as you know I'm in Italy now, so why don't I make a series of posts about Italy. That seems clever!
So you today starts the Italy series, that you  might have read about in my last posts. The reason why I'm doing this is, because I didn't get the chance to share these photos last year, as I simply didn't have this blog back then.

Ok, so maybe let's start from the beginning, shall we?
Last year with my family I want to Italy around the same time like this year. And I enjoyed it soo much. We did the fun stuff like relaxing and also we sightsee so many places, which was so cool, because we haven't done it on any previous holidays together.

So the first place we visited was Pisa. And I just wanted to add, that Pisa is so freaking cool. The one thing I sad I didn't do is getting at the top of Leaning Tower, but the queue was long, you wouldn't want to stand in it either.

Enjoy the photos and rest of the series!

Speak to you in two days,
Mary

Hello everybody,

Hopefully you'll like them.

Also the day after I come back from Italy, I go to school. So I thought I would make a BACK TO SCHOOL series.
Be ready for that!

SUMMER SMOOTHIE | RECIPE

Image
Aloha,

every time I greet you with I feel like holidays will last forever.
Anyway probably already by the title of this post, you know that I'm going to show you my favourite summer smoothie. Well actually it's not only a summery smoothie, because I make it pretty much every month, so..But, it's super quick and easy and that's why I love it so much!
Let's begin!!!

For this smoothie, you'll need:
strawberriesbananaswater (optional)

What to do:
1. If you're using frozen strawberries, you want to defrost them a little bit. For example in a microwave or just in a pan. But if you have non-frozen strawberries, than just skip this step.

2. As I said this is super simple, so you have to throw all the ingridients into a blender and blend until smooth.
I said that water is optional, because it depends on how liquidy smoothie you want.

That is my strawberry-banana smoothie. Hope you enjoyed and you'll make one for yourself!

Speak to you soon,
Mary x

The Unknown Colors #44

Image
Hello,

I know I haven't actually post anything for the photo diary kinda series in a really long time. Photo diary is more kind of artsy photos rather than actaully photo diary.

Yeah, but here is a picture taken today and I just love all the colors of the buildings and also the fact that we see a dark and light side of the sky. Hope you enjoy!

Speak to you soon,
Mary x

WHAT'S IN MY BEACH BAG?

Image
Aloha,

today I've got for you What's in my beach bag post. As I'm leaving on Friday, and I started packing today for my two week trip to Italy, I though it's a perfect time to write this post.
So without further ado here are my essentials for the time at the beach!

My beach bag is from Letter Bag, which is a  polish brand making eco friendly bag with whatever text you want! They ship worldwide!

1. TOWEL- It's something you cannot forget to take. Maybe you want to sit on it or just dry off.
But for me it nessesity, something I won't ever forget to take with me on either a beach or to the swimming pool.

2. SWIM SUIT- It's not something you have to take with you, because not everybody likes to swim or sunbathe. (if you were wondering, my swimsuit top is from H&M and bottom is from Tribord)

3. CHANGE OF CLOTHES - Sometimes if I sit a little bit longer on the beach, after a swim, I don't like to sit in wet swim suit. So I really like to have with me a ch…

MY DAILY ROUTINE | SUMMER EDITION

Image
Hello everybody,

I'm super sorry for well not posting anything for a few days, I just didn't have any ideas or maybe I was just a little bit lazy. But here I'm back with my daily routine, which basically will show you my whole day during summer.
So here we gooooo!

8-10 AM
So I usually wake up between those hours, because sometimes I go to sleep earlier and sometimes later, so it usually depends on what hour did I go to sleep.
Then I play some good music and spend about 30 minutes checking my social media.

 10 AM
After waking up and checking all my social media, I put on my glasses, make a ponytail (as it's more comfortable than a weird messy hairstyle) and go make some breakfast! As I'm not a great cook, I made myself some fried eggs, which as you can see also didn;t turn up the way I wanted them to, but well it was really good. Oh and a cup of orange juice is always a good choice.

11 AM
After this amazing breakfast I go to the bathroom, just to get myself a little …

A QUICK PIZZA AT PIZZA HUT

Image
Good afternoon,
before the amazing/ a bit scary thunder storm yesterday, I met up with my best friend Kate for a really nice meal in Pizza Hut. Well, it was a weird experience, because when I eat pizza, I usually order it and enjoy it at home.
Anyway we had a lovely time in my opinion (hope you feel the same way Kate, haha). We talked a little. I ate a hawaian pizza (I think that's what it's called), the one with pineapples and ham, and Kate oppted for a healthier dish, which was basically a salad. During the meal we drunk (or I) a looot of iced tea, which wassurprisingly really good. At the end we decided to eat something for dessert, which was a baked strawberries with crumble. Really tasty.
And yes that's how we ended our fiesta in Pizza Hut! I want to know what is your favourite pizza.
Speak to you soon, Mary

THUNDER WHAT?

Image
Hello, good afternoon,

Well a quick post today, as I'm afraid that soon I won't have electricity, because of massive thunder storm.
So I decided to take some photos. I know they aren't perfect as I don't take many pictures at night. But I love the changing colors of the sky during storm, and of course I wanted a photo of lighting on my computer, haha :)

So I hope you enjoy,
Mary

P.S. Is anybody afraid of storms?

TIRAMISU | RECIPE

Image
Hello lovelies,
so today I'm going to show you how to make a non-alcoholic tiramisu, which is a quick and easy recipe. I really enjoyed making it and then eating it :) Well I said that about this recipe in my How to Throw a Barbie post 1 days ago. So let's get started!

What you going to need is: 50 g of dark chocolate300 ml of milk300 ml of light whipping cream250 g of mascarpone cheeseabout 20 sponge fingers3 spoons of sugar or white chocolatesome raspberries to decorate

Step-by-step: Melt the chocolate in a plate with milk in a pot, stirring continuously. When the chocolate is completely melted, pour it into a bowl and leave to cool. In a large bowl, whip the cream to stiff mass. Add the mascarpone and sugar/white chocolate. Mix until the ingredients are merged. We submerge the sponge fingers in chocolate for 1 seconds and put them on the bottom of a dish that your tiramisu will be in. (remember to dip them each, not all together!).We cover the sponge fingers with cream that w…

HOW TO THROW A BARBIE | DIY

Image
Hello everybody,
this was supposed to be a Thursday post, but well it kinda is Friday/Saturday one. I publish this post a little bit late, because my best friend Kate was at my house for a few days (and yes we did two blog posts together, How to: Milk Braid and Movie Rant).
So it was fun having her at my house, but I have to do some serious stuff right now. I'm going to show you How to throw a barbecue party! (that sounded like I'm an expert, which I'm definitely not)
Let's begin!

1) Get your table ready!
You don't want your guest to sit on the floor and eat of their hands. No!
So here is my table ready to be eaten from, I mean from the plates. And of course grill is ready!

2) Prepare the food!
As I am not a cook and don't cook very often, I really enjoy making barbecue, because it's simple and quick.
So this is what I did for this barbecue:

grilled chickensausagesroasted potatoesgreek saladnon-alcoholic tiramisu (recipe right here)fruit salad

3) Have fun! Aft…
