Hello lovelies,
so today I'm going to show you how to make a non-alcoholic tiramisu, which is a quick and easy recipe. I really enjoyed making it and then eating it :) Well I said that about this recipe in my How to Throw a Barbie post 1 days ago. So let's get started!

What you going to need is:
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 300 ml of light whipping cream
  • 250 g of mascarpone cheese
  • about 20 sponge fingers
  • 3 spoons of sugar or white chocolate
  • some raspberries to decorate

  1. Melt the chocolate in a plate with milk in a pot, stirring continuously. When the chocolate is completely melted, pour it into a bowl and leave to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cream to stiff mass. Add the mascarpone and sugar/white chocolate. Mix until the ingredients are merged.
  3. We submerge the sponge fingers in chocolate for 1 seconds and put them on the bottom of a dish that your tiramisu will be in. (remember to dip them each, not all together!).
  4. We cover the sponge fingers with cream that we made earlier.
  5. We repeat the step 3 and 4 again, which is dipping the biscuits and putting them on the cream, and then adding the reat of the cream.
  6. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
  7. Before serving, spinkle with cocoa and decorate with raspberries.

Hope you enjoyed the little Cooking with Mary. I really recommend making the tiramisu for yourself, because it is delicious!
